I have worked in a lot of different things since my undergrad all involving customer service. No specific certification but I had training when I worked for a call center connected with the national passport information center for the Department of State. I have a Bachelors in Fine Arts concentration in Graphic Design from Michigan State University and a Masters in Science Management from University of Indianapolis.

I am a happy person, I always come with a smile even if I am tired, I love drinking coffee in the morning, love to sing, dance and interact with people. At times I may seem shy but I love connecting with other people and learn from them.

COUNTRIES VISITED

During my undergraduate degree, I took advantage of the Study Abroad programs available from Michigan State so I was able to visit Puebla, Mexico for Civic Engagement and Volunteering for Spring Break two years. Visited the Caribbean Islands for Biology classes and also stayed abroad in Bregenz, Austria for a month and Germany.

PETS

I have two cats that I love so much, my little Luna who is turning 4 this September and my little Nairobi who is turning 1 this April. I have had a lot of cats come and go and every one of them has a name. Beside from my two cats, I have 2 beautiful blue birds named Shanks and Layla.
